Wavebuilder Networks Inc. builds websites, runs local search and ad campaigns, and creates marketing reports for small businesses. This page explains what information we handle and how we treat it.
When you contact us or become a client, we collect the details you give us, such as your name, business name, email address, phone number and the information needed to do the work you hired us for. When we manage advertising or reporting for a client, we work with that client's business data, such as ad performance, sales totals and call logs, only to produce the reports and results the client asked for.
Some of our internal reporting tools connect to Google Drive with permission from an account we control. These tools only read files placed in folders shared with them and write reports back to those folders. We do not use Google data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone outside our business except as needed to deliver the client's own report. Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We use information to deliver our services, communicate with you, send invoices and improve our work for you. We do not sell personal information.
We keep access limited to the people and systems that need it, store passwords and keys in secured settings, and remove access when it is no longer needed.
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you or your business, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, unless we need to keep it for legal or billing reasons.
